We know how critical payment uptime is to your business. Thatโs why we offer a real-time status page where you can check the current health of all Hands In systems, past incidents, and ongoing maintenance updates.
Our status page offers:
- Real-time service health: See if any systems are currently degraded or unavailable
- Component-level breakdowns: Get visibility into specific services such as API endpoints, dashboards, SDKs and more!
- Historical uptime: Review our availability metrics over time
We target 99.95%+ uptime across all core systems. If you're an enterprise customer with a custom SLA, your agreement terms would apply.
๐ Subscribing to Updates
Critical platform updates โ including major incidents or scheduled maintenance โ are shared via email to the registered address associated with your merchant account.
If your team requires more granular or real-time monitoring, we recommend regularly checking our status page.
๐ ๏ธ Maintenance Notifications
We communicate all scheduled maintenance well in advance via the status page. Each update includes:
- The time window and timezone
- Affected systems or regions
- Expected impact (e.g. degraded API performance or temporary downtime)
We share maintenance notices via email and through any additional communication channels youโve set up with us (e.g. Slack, Teams).
๐ง Using the Status Page During Incidents
If you're experiencing issues with the Hands In API or platform, we recommend checking the status page first. If an incident is already reported, our engineers are actively working on it.
- If everything is green and you're still having trouble, contact our support team for immediate help.
- When contacting support, include any relevant context such as session IDs, error messages, or timestamps to help us investigate faster.
๐ Enterprise Clients: For mission-critical production incidents, please use your dedicated support channel and escalation procedure in parallel with monitoring the status page.
